Can I add items to my monthly Inner Circle box?
Yes! Add-ons are now available for Inner Circle members. Beginning 3 days before your Inner Circle subscription billing date, up until the day immediately before your billing date, you will be able to add select products to your monthly Inner Circle shipment.
For example, if your billing date falls on a Friday, you may add products to your monthly Inner Circle shipment from Tuesday at 12:00 a.m. until Thursday at 11:59 p.m. PT. Your billing date is displayed on your account page.
To add products, visit the “My Subscription” section on your account page. Any items you add to your shipment will be automatically billed on your Inner Circle subscription billing date. No checkout required.

How do I change my Inner Circle billing date?

Do I have to pay shipping for my Inner Circle box?
No, that is one of your member perks! You will never pay shipping on your monthly box or for any extra add-on products.

Why can’t I choose my add-ons?
Inner Circle members will only be able to select add-ons beginning 3 days before your Inner Circle subscription billing date up until the day immediately before your billing date.
For example, if your billing date falls on a Friday, you may add products to your monthly Inner Circle shipment from Tuesday at 12:00 a.m. until Thursday at 11:59 p.m. PT. Your billing date is displayed on your account page.
After your Inner Circle order has processed on your billing date, we are already busy preparing your Inner Circle box and can no longer include add-ons in your shipment.
Why didn’t I receive my Inner Circle add-ons?
If you did not receive your Inner Circle add-ons, please double check that your payment method is still valid. If there is an issue with your payment, you will have 3 days following your billing date to update your payment method. Unfortunately, after 3 days your add-on order will be canceled.

Why was I billed separately for my Inner Circle add-ons?
In order to prioritize your Inner Circle membership, your Inner Circle add-ons will be billed separately.
If there is an issue with your payment when processing your add-ons, you will have 3 days following your billing date to update your payment method. Unfortunately, after 3 days your add-on order will be canceled.
Can I add-on any product to my Inner Circle box?
Although not all products will not be available for add-on, Inner Circle members will be able to choose from a wide range of new and best-selling products, including products that may not be available to the public!
How many products can I add-on to my Inner Circle box?
As an Inner Circle member, you would be able to add-on as few or as many products to your monthly shipment as you’d like!

Can I apply discount codes to add-ons?
At this time, you cannot apply discount codes or bonus gifts from emails to add-ons.
You will instead have access to exclusive pricing on select items not available to the public, as well as the opportunity to qualify for add-on exclusive bonus gifts.
Can I qualify for a rare through add-ons?
The Inner Circle product of the month will not be available as an add-on, therefore you cannot qualify for a Rare through add-ons. You will still need to shop your Inner Circle Exclusive store to qualify for a Rare. Learn more about rares here.
Note, getting a rare does not impact your ability to take advantage of add-ons. There is no difference in add-ons regardless of what collection you are receiving for your Inner Circle shipment.
Can I redeem rewards through add-ons?
Your add-ons and monthly box do qualify for 2x rewards points, but at this time, you cannot redeem items from the rewards store through add-ons.
Can I add-on items to my Rare shipment?
Yes, there is no difference in add-ons regardless of what collection you are receiving for your Inner Circle shipment. Getting a rare does not impact your ability to take advantage of add-ons.
Note, the Inner Circle product of the month will not be available as an add-on, therefore you cannot qualify for a Rare through add-ons. You will still need to shop your Inner Circle Exclusive store to qualify for a Rare. Learn more about rares here.
Can I remove add-ons once I’ve added them?
You have a 3 day window prior to your Inner Circle billing date to add and remove add-ons from your shipment. You can make as many changes as you’d like during this time.
Your window closes at 11:59 PT the day before your billing date. Once your Inner Circle order has processed on your billing date, we are already busy preparing your Inner Circle box and can no longer make changes to the add-ons in your shipment.
Can my add-ons items sell out?
Once you’ve selected add-ons items to your shipment, that inventory is reserved for your order.
If there is an issue with your payment when processing your add-ons, you will have 3 days following your billing date to update your payment method. Unfortunately, after 3 days your add-on order will be canceled and the inventory will no longer be reserved.
Can I add-on products to my first box?
Our full range of add-ons become available when your subscription renews. Your first order begins processing immediately upon placing your order and therefore you will not be able to select add-ons for your first Inner Circle box.
