Can I Cancel my Inner Circle Membership?

Yes, if you choose to cancel you can Submit a Request or give us a call at (855)550-1129. One of our customer care agents will gladly assist you with your request. We are available Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm Pacific Time.

If you just need a little time, Inner Circle Members also have the option to pause for a month instead of canceling their memberships.

Otherwise, rest assured we will ship all Inner Circle orders with the utmost priority. We appreciate your patience as there may be delays in shipping and thank all loyal customers for standing by us during this time. Together we can weather this storm.

Note:

6-month and 12-month prepaid membership cancellation requests will go into effect at the end of the prepaid term. These memberships prepay for 6 or 12 boxes respectively and are non-refundable. As a 6-month or 12-month prepaid member, you will continue to receive your prepaid boxes and have access to all the other amazing membership perks until the end of your prepaid term.
