Why can’t I access the “My Subscription” page on the website?

We are working on transitioning your Inner Circle membership to a sparkly new customer portal. In the meantime, you will not be able to access add-ons or be able to update your address and payment information online. If you need to make changes to your current subscription, please contact our Customer Care Team at members@fragrantjewels.com.

After the transition is complete, you’ll be able to continue to update your address and payment information, add products to your monthly shipment and so much more!
