• To provide our members a first look at exclusive offers, upcoming collections, brand updates, and input on new product ideas.
• Create an online community where IC members can share their product experiences, collect stories and build fantastic friendships with other Jewels.
IC Group - Guidelines
Member Requests: Exclusive to Inner Circle Members Only
** Current Members with no active IC account are exempt and may stay within the group page**
New Member Requests
• Require an email address associated with an active IC membership
Inner Circle Membership Cancellation
• Once the Inner Circle membership has been canceled. Access to the IC group page on Facebook will be removed at the end of the month from when the membership was canceled.
Reselling FJ Products
• Reselling of any products is not allowed within the group page
Trades of FJ Products - Trading of Fragrant Jewels products is welcome within the group page
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday Only
** If a post is submitted prior to/after a trading day. The post will be released on the next trade day.
• No Bullying of any kind
** If you experience any issues with bullying, please contact Customer Service**
• Trades of Fragrant Jewels Products Only
• We ask that both parties please follow through and keep in contact via email, DM, or chat.
• Any Trade issues must be communicated and resolved between both trading parties as Fragrant Jewels are excluded from trade transactions
• Our goal is to maintain membership in the IC group a positive experience for all.
• We love and welcome the opinions of our members as it helps us identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• We ask you to Respect other members within the group and refrain from comments that discredit either other members or Fragrant Jewels.
• We understand in some cases that there may be some comments made out of frustration, and that’s ok.
• Negative Comments will be reviewed, posters will be provided with a warning, and may also be subject to removal from the group page.
Communication is Key to our success! As issues arise, we ask that you contact Customer Service so that we may be able to come up with a solution ASAP.
